The Gulf Research Center (GRC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding today, October 7, 2026, at the GRC office in Riyadh. The MoU was signed by Dr. Abdulaziz Sager, Founder and Chairman of the GRC, and Mr. Omar Odeh, Head of the ICRC Regional Delegation for the GCC.
The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation and the exchange of expertise between the two institutions in support of shared objectives.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed humanitarian developments in the region and the role of research and dialogue in supporting humanitarian action.
